Bodies are to be appreciated, not loathed. Feeding ourselves in a healthy manner is an act of loving oneself. Food isn't meant to be consumed continuously as a means of treating emotional and spiritual distress.

Helping children establish healthy relationships including eating and exercise patterns is important. Two, each of us controls our own destiny. Recognizing disordered eating habits and getting help is the first step in taking control and changing your life .

Eating three meals a day is key to ending such self-abuse.
